This Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed with Subash Towels (a brand operated by Balu & Progenies Groups, GST Trade Name: B&P Groups). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Cancellation Window
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed under any circumstances
2. How to Cancel
- Customers must request cancellation by contacting us immediately after placing the order
- Cancellation requests are subject to confirmation from our team
3. Prepaid Orders (Online Payment)
- If cancelled before shipment, the full amount will be refunded
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Razorpay)
- Processing time: 5–7 business days
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD orders can be cancelled only before shipment
- No charges apply for cancellation before dispatch
We reserve the right to restrict COD service for customers with repeated cancellations or failed deliveries.
5. Cancellation Not Allowed After Shipment
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will be automatically rejected
- Customers must follow the Return & Refund Policy after delivery (if eligible)
6. Order Refusal at Delivery (COD)
- Refusing delivery of a COD order may lead to restrictions on future COD orders
- Additional charges may apply for repeated refusals
7. Company Rights
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, a full refund will be issued (if prepaid).
8. Legal & Tax Compliance
All invoices are generated as per Indian taxation laws (GST applicable) under B&P Groups.
9. Deemed Acceptance
By placing an order, creating an account, or using this website, you agree to this Cancellation Policy even without explicit consent in every instance.
