Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 14th April 2026

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Subash Towels (a brand operated by Balu & Progenies Groups, GST Trade Name: B&P Groups). By placing an order, you agree to the terms stated below.


1. Strict Return Window

  • Returns are accepted only within 3 days from the date of delivery
  • Any request raised after 3 days will be automatically rejected without exception

2. Return Conditions (Mandatory)

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Clear images/video proof must be submitted

If any of the above conditions are not met, the return will be rejected.


3. Valid Reasons for Return

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Missing item in the order

4. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will NOT be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor color or design variation
  • Used, washed, or damaged (by customer) products
  • Late requests (after 3 days)

5. Replacement or Refund Option

Customers must choose one:

  • Replacement (subject to stock availability)
  • Refund (after approval)

We reserve the right to decide the final resolution based on verification.


6. Return Verification & Approval

  • All requests are reviewed within 24 hours
  • Additional proof may be requested
  • We reserve full rights to approve or reject any return request

7. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed only after approval
  • Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment method via Razorpay
  • COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer (customer must provide details)

Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval


8. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders
  • Shipping charges apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
  • All shipping charges are non-refundable

9. COD Orders

  • COD service is provided only through our delivery partners
  • Shipping charges apply for all COD orders
  • Repeated failed COD deliveries may lead to order cancellation

10. Rejection Policy (Important)

Return requests will be rejected if:

  • Submitted after 3 days
  • Product is not in original condition
  • No valid proof is provided

In such cases:
No refund will be issued
No replacement will be provided


11. Logistics Disclaimer

All deliveries and returns are handled by third-party logistics partners including Nimbu Post and others. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or issues caused by logistics providers beyond our control.


12. Legal & Tax Compliance

All invoices are issued in accordance with Indian taxation laws (GST applicable) under the trade name B&P Groups.


13. Deemed Acceptance

By accessing the website, creating an account, placing an order, or submitting any request, you are deemed to have accepted this Return & Refund Policy, even without explicit consent in every instance.
