This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Subash Towels (a brand operated by Balu & Progenies Groups, GST Trade Name: B&P Groups). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation
- Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation (for prepaid)
- COD orders are processed after verification (if applicable)
2. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders
- Shipping charges apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
- Applicable COD shipping charges will be shown at checkout
Shipping charges, once paid, are non-refundable.
3. Delivery Partners
- Orders are shipped through third-party logistics providers including Nimbu Post and other delivery partners
- COD service is available only via supported delivery partners
4. Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days (may vary by location)
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
Delays may occur due to:
- Remote locations
- Weather conditions
- Logistics issues
- Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.
5. Order Tracking
- Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS after dispatch
- Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments
6. Failed Delivery (COD Orders)
- Customer must be available at the delivery address
- If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or refusal, the order may be cancelled
- Repeated failed COD orders may lead to restriction of COD service for that customer
7. Incorrect Address / Contact Details
- Customers must provide accurate shipping details
- We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information
Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.
8. Damaged Package at Delivery
- If the package appears damaged or tampered, do not accept delivery
- Report the issue immediately with proof (photos/videos)
9. International / Export Orders
- Export orders may have different delivery timelines and charges
- Customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer
10. Legal & Tax Compliance
- All invoices are generated as per Indian taxation laws (GST applicable) under B&P Groups
11. Deemed Acceptance
By using this website, placing an order, or accepting delivery, you agree to this Shipping Policy even if explicit consent is not taken in every instance.
